Andrew Stepp is a strategy and operations leader with a background in healthcare consulting, digital health, and cross-functional program execution. He brings over a decade of experience helping organizations translate complex ideas into actionable plans, with a focus on aligning stakeholders, improving processes, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Andrew previously spent several years at ZS Associates, where he advised leading healthcare organizations on digital strategy, analytics, and innovation initiatives. His work has spanned topics such as AI-enabled healthcare solutions, patient engagement, and go-to-market strategy. Prior to ZS, he held operational and financial roles and worked within the UCLA Health system on hospital operations and program development.

He also brings an entrepreneurial perspective as the founder of Stepwise Systems, a consulting practice focused on supporting early-stage and growth organizations through strategic planning, operational design, and execution support.

Andrew holds an MBA from IESE Business School and is known for his structured thinking, collaborative approach, and ability to quickly turn ambiguity into clarity.
