Brittany Bro is a Program Manager at AscendRural, where she helps drive the execution of initiatives aimed at advancing rural well-being. Her work focuses on bringing clarity and momentum to complex, fast-moving efforts by aligning priorities, creating shared visibility, and translating strategy into execution.

Prior to AscendRural, Brittany held product and project leadership roles at early- and growth-stage technology companies. Most recently, she served as Director of Product at 4MATIV, where she led the development of a school transportation management platform that expanded access to learning opportunities by supporting reliable, flexible transportation for students with diverse and evolving needs.

Brittany is motivated by the opportunity to help meaningful work take shape at the intersection of technology and impact.
