  • Community-driven validation: Practice pitches and in-person immersion events build relationships, not just resumes. 

  • Follow-on support: From reimbursement strategies to ROI framing, we help you turn pilot wins into sustainable models. 

  • Paid pilot opportunity: Select companies will receive a paid pilot contract of up to $150,000 to continue to validate their product and/or service in a rural community.

  • Week 4: Pitch, learn, and grow with feedback from rural leaders, potential partners, and funders. 

From there, you’ll be matched with potential pilot sites and enter our implementation support phase. We don’t leave you with “good luck.” We walk with you through what comes next.
